Where can gift cards be redeemed?
Seminole Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Seminole Casino and Seminole Hard Rock properties in the state of Florida. Gift cards can be redeemed at all food & beverage and hotel outlets which are owned by Seminole Gaming. Outlets which are leased to third-party venues are not included in the redemption plan. A full list of valid redemption outlets is shown below, and is also available on each property website in the section marked “Seminole Gift Cards”.

Can gift cards be redeemed for tickets at Hard Rock Live?
Yes, they can be redeemed for tickets at Hard Rock Live, but not at ticketmaster.com.

Can gift cards be redeemed at DAER Nightclub/Dayclub?
No, Seminole Hard Rock Gift Cards cannot be redeemed at DAER.

How do I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is simple to use, it works just like a credit card. The card is swiped at the terminal used for debit and credit cards and it deducts the amount from the card.

Do gift cards expire?
Consistent with Florida state laws, Seminole Gift Cards do not expire. The only exception to this rule would be for any gift cards given out on a promotional basis, as opposed to sold for cash or other consideration. Promotional gift cards will expire according to guidelines which are specific to each promotional program.

What are the dollar amounts in which gift cards are sold?
Gift Cards are available in any denomination when purchased in participating outlets up to $500.

Can Comp Dollars be used to purchase gift cards?
No, gift cards are only available for purchase with cash or credit/debit cards.

Can I have a gift card delivered to me?
At this time, gift cards are only available for purchase in person at any of our six casino properties.

Are there taxes and/or fees associated with a gift card purchase?
Consistent with many gift card programs, there is no tax on the purchase of a Seminole Gift Card.

Can gift cards be used to cover gratuities and taxes?
Yes. Since gratuities and taxes can be paid with cash, they can be paid with gift cards

Are gift cards redeemable for Slot Play?
No. Gift cards may not be used to redeem Slot Play.

Are gift cards redeemable for Match Play for Table Games?
No. Gift cards may not be used to redeem Match Play.

Are gift cards re-loadable?
Our gift cards are not reloadable at this time.

Is this the same as Hard Rock Cafe Gift Card program?
No. The Seminole Gift Cards are separate from the Hard Rock Cafe Gift Cards. Hard Rock Cafe gift cards are not redeemable in most outlets on our casino properties (with the exception of the Hard Rock Cafe and Rock Shops). Similarly, the Seminole Gift Card is not redeemable in Hard Rock Cafe locations outside of our casino properties.

What happens when the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
Once the value on the card has been spent, there is no need to keep the card. A card with a zero balance cannot be presented again for redemption.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is only accepted for an onsite purchase.

Can I return an item purchased using a Gift Card?
Yes. Return the merchandise along with the receipt to the store it where it was purchased. You cannot return for cash; your purchase will be credited to a Merchandise Credit.

What is the Gift Card Return Policy?
The Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise or services only and may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be returned.

I lost my Gift Card or My Gift Card was stolen. Can you cancel or replace the card?
Gift Cards are treated just like cash. Unfortunately, if the card is lost or stolen it cannot be replaced.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?
There are a few ways to do this. On the back of the card, there is a phone number to call to retrieve the balance through the automated system. As well, there are links on the gift card pages of each property website which direct to a simple tool to check the balance on a gift card. Alternatively, a cashier at participating outlets can provide a balance during a redemption transaction. Customer Care is not able to provide gift card balances over the phone.

I have a digital gift card that was sent to me, can I still use it even though you no longer sell digital cards?
Of course, come on in and enjoy!
